Gonna import a bunch of movies and was wondering if I should save them all in a "movies" folder and watch them via quicktime, or if I should put them all in itunes and watch through there?

Which will give me better quality? Or is it all the same? Thanks : )

Yes. So long as a video file is iPod-compatible and you have the "manually manage music and videos" option selected, you can just drag it from Finder onto the iPod's icon in the iTunes sidebar.

😱 I learn something new every day!

Getting back to the question at hand, I use QuickTime for most of my movie-viewing. iTunes tends to have a "laggy" UI and it frustrates me.

I use QuickTime X to watch movies over iTunes too. The interface is much more slick and streamlined. iTunes is just clunky.
