New computer, how to transfer apps to new itunes?

my old Macbook die so I get a new one. Just wondering how can I transfer my app on iPhone to my new itunes? when I try to sync it, it told me the app on my new itunes will replace my app on iphone, but I have nothing on my new itunes now....
