I have read some other threads that people have the new apple update, but when I go into itunes it tells me that 3.1.3 is the latest update. Has anyone else had the problem? I am looking forward to the multi tasking. Please help.

The 4.0 update is currently only available for developers so they can get their apps to work with all of the new features.
Everyone else should be able to download the update sometime this summer.
