QUESTION...
I am an owner of an original Apple-I Operation Manual, just like the one seen in this auction (next to the computer). How much would that be worth?
It is complete, typewritten, and in plastic covers. It is yellowed, and looks very authentic.

Is the Apple 1 Apple's first computer? As in before Macintosh? That's pretty cool. But I only see the logic board - where's the computer?

this was apple's first computer. Apple did a lot before the macintosh remember. the apple II, apple III and Lisa were all pre-macintosh. apple I was built in their garage. it wasn't the first computer available, but it was one fo the first you could do anything with that was in any way affordable (it wasn't cheap). They only sold probably a couple hundred of them if that. check out apple-history.com, they've got a page on it |

If you are interested in History there was a pretty good TV movie made about that peorid. It talks shows the history of Apple's and Microsoft's beginings.
I can not recall the name but some one else will remember it. The Apple 1 was the first concept of a personal computer (excluding maybe the Altar). After (or durring) the II became popular there were several other personal computer choices: Remember things like the , Osborn (nice 2" display), C64, Atary 400, 800. There was other choices.

0 bids. Anybody know if it's actually worth a bundle, and it'll heat up later, or if it's just a guy saying, yeah, I bought this for 30 grand, you're getting a deal!
