How do you guys keep track of where your Apps are located?

Any tips?

Im finding (on my iPhone...but I'm sure it will be the same on the iPad once I get more and more apps) that I don't know which screen an app is on. I sometimes just search for it but I wish there was a way to sort them alphabetically without doing it manually.

I may sort them alphabetically anyway since that is the best way I can think of to sort them to be able to find an app easily without typing its name in search.
 
I don't have that many apps that it's a problem, but I would sort them by category. Isn't one of the upcoming 4.0 features a thing where you can organize apps by folder? I think it is. That would make transitioning to that feature easier.
