horizontal white line across screen?

Hi all,

I have 2 - 15 inch apple flat panel studio displays. I got home tonight and one of them has a small white line running horizontally across the entire screen. is this the kiss of death for the display?

So i woke up this morning, and the line is gone. has anyone else experienced something like this?

My PowerBook had this vertically against the R edge of the screen (it was red though)....it disappeared with one of the Panther updates. Weird.
