Is it worth it?

Hey everyone!
I've had a 16g Ipod Touch 1st Generation since the day they came out.
I've been considing purchasing a 3rd Generation for a while, but with the talk of the 4g in September, I'm not sure what to do.

Just wait. The 3rd generation iPod Touches will fall in price by September, so you can make your choice then. The alleged 4th generation will possibly have some of things iPod users suggest. Advice: Wait.

I agree wait till September and see what the new season model has to offer, last years was basically just a refresh of the 2nd gen so hopefully based on the sneak peak we had of the prototype iPhone this years touch may offer similar design and component changes.
