Photos don't show up in iTunes

Hey folks!

Any help is deeply appreciated

I've got an iPhone 3GS and I sync photos with Aperture

When I hook my iPhone up to my laptop, not all of the photos show up anymore on the screen, to import/download into Aperture --- around 35 out of 400 show up, with few of the new ones showing up --- this problem just started happening

Any ideas on what to do?

BTW - I have an MBA as my primary computer
