I haven't tried it, but it's supposed to let you add music ad pictures with out using iTunes. Add this repo to cydia for the beta which I think is free: Repo www.pwntunes.net/beta_repo

Too bad it can't sync the apps too.

Edit: It's also only for Windows. Ugh!.

A lightweight iTunes-class sync service is what we need for all iDevices. Unluckily Apple doesn't believe this.

This tool proves to be worth it if cleverly developed.

I would love this. The amount of times iTunes has randomly f'ed me over i cant even remember.

Works great on pc just drag n drop!

Does work great to drag and drop music files onto your phone/ iPod. However when I had PwnTunes on my jailbroken 3GS it would randomly say "updating library" and when it was finished all the music and podcasts on my phone were gone. Just my experience with this program. Maybe others had better experience.
