project management / work order system

has anyone seen or heard of a simple php/mysql project manager that would allow clients and prospective clients to fill out work order requests which could then be approved and hours kept track of. i would also like file uploading/sharing capabilities.

i've been searching around places like sourceforge.net, but everything i find either is way too buggy and not being developed any longer or is too bloated for my simple needs.

yep... just found more bloated stuff that doesn't do most of what i want.

What about dotproject? Not so sure about the Work order part however, but you could always write your own 😀

dotproject looks like it can handle what i want. i'll have to test it out tomorrow if i get a chance.
