Hi Everyone,
I am on a university campus that has a wireless network where they take steps to prevent seeing other computers connected to the network. This makes it difficult to use programs like air sharing or iAnnotate that require making a network between the ipad and a computer. I can get around this by turning on internet sharing with my mac where I share internet from a fake source (like bluetooth or firewire) over the airport. This allows me to use the program but prevents me from being on the internet at the same time.

I am curious if there is a program available in os x that in effect allows me to share my internet from my airport to my airport or somehow broadcast a network that my ipad can connect to. I certainly don't want to irritate my university IT, but i'm curious if there is a good way to do this.

Thanks!
Stephen
