G5 Black outs.

I'm running a dual 2.0 G5 with 2 sony flat monitors. While working, and this happens in all programs, my computer will loose signal to its monitors, they turn black and then I crash, this only happens on my G5, no other ones in the studio, it wasn't purchased at the same time. is there anything that can be done? I keep loosing hours of work.

any idea on whats causing this or what i can do?

I would say
1. Save more often
2. Call AppleCare.
