EQ settings on 3G iPod?

Yo.

I've been using iTunes since v1.0 and have had an iPod in some shape or form now for three years, but I've always wondered if there is a way to import the EQ settings from iTunes onto an iPod.

Kind of annoying that it doesn't work, since I wear different headphones depending on what I'm doing (exercising or flying, etc.). Thx.
