iPod touch touch won't start :(

Recently reboot my jailbroken touch. Now it only reaches the apple logo and then shuts off. I tried to rejailbrake and the restore mode but no luck. Am I SOL?
 
Run this. It should work-can anybody confirm its in a recovery loop, cause im pretty sure it is. It works with ipod touch too.
