What is Enterprise Data for IPhone? getting capped as well?

I tried to see data plans that are being offered through certain employer and I came across Enterprise Data Plan for iPhone.. what is the difference when compared to regular iPhone data plan?

Is Enterprise Data Plan getting capped as well?

Its mainly to access corporate intranet. Exchange services like corporate email.
