Power Mac Sound Card Upgrade?

Hey guys,

I have a Power Mac G4 AGP and want a sound card that has an optical out, are there any that are compatible with my machine??

If not what is the best sound card or is the stock sound card pretty good, cause i have heard some good things about them.
