Tried to look it up. No matches on whatthefont. It is a bad looking font, maybe that is why.

I can't get onto their site from work to check for this specific font, you but you should probably headover to Blambot who are pretty much the be all and end all of comic book fonts and have a generous selection of freebies, too ...
