Senuti for Apps?

Hi, long time without trying to get my iTunes things out of my iPhone. It is not jailbroken.

Is there a way to get the apps out of it? like a "Senuti" for apps?
Now Senuti is no longer free, are there any free alternatives?

Well I just finished a call with apple support.
I was on the call on my iPhone and I was still talking while my iPhone was syncing 😱

iTunes -> File -> Transfer purchases from my iPhone
By doing this I get copied all my purchased content.

I still need to get some videos out of my iPhone, they were not bought from iTunes?
