Custom Navigation bar in iWeb 09

I just got my iMac 1 week ago and I am trying to make a website in iWeb and its going good so far except I don't like the default page navigation bar so I "hide" it now I need to know how to make a custom one possibly a Nav bar that looks like the one on this website

You can add HTML snippets, which have the HTML code for the navigation bar. You'll need to know HTML in order to do this though.
 
Just create a text box, add your text, select it and in the inspector select "Make Hyperlink". From there you can add the page you want it to link to and format how it looks.
