Linksys WRT54g or WRT54GS router with speedbooster?

I was trying to decide whether to purchase the linksys wrt54g router or the wrt54gs router with the speedbooster? Will airport extreme take advantage of the speedbooster or am I waisting my money? I wasn't quite sure how it worked so would appreciate any advice. thanks.
 
Speedbooster only works on an all linksys speedbooster network, airport isnt compatible. Buy the 54g and save some money. I got one at Fry's for 60 bucks. Well worth it.
