I'm looking for a lightweight screen capturing tool:

requirements:
- export at least 720p

Screenflow is too sluggish for me.

Screen recording or just screen shots? If you're running Snow Leopard, Quicktime can do screen recording and I find it fine

If you're running Snow Leopard, Quicktime has built-in screen recording. I've only used it a couple of times, but I believe it will capture at the current screen resolution.

Quicktime has a low FPS rate ... I'm trying to record my iTunes visualizer.

With QT, it's too stuttery.
and when I use Screenflow, the visualizer doesn't run smoothly because SF slows the entire system down ...
