I have a 15" MBP that was bought in 2007. Since then, the SuperDrive, the display, 3 batteries, and both fans were replaced. My apple care ends today and when I tried to power it on today in the morning, nothing happened. I took it to the store and they said the logic board needs to be replaced. I will be without a machine for 5 days.
Is there anyway I can contact apple's customer service to express my dissatisfaction? The apple care ran out and seeing how this machine has been in for service so many times, I am afraid it won't last long before I need to repair it- out of my pocket.
I was thinking of contacting the support number but I presume they don't deal with customer feedback...
Thanks
