i have a powerbook g3 400 lombard running os 9.
i am shopping for my first cell phone and am considering getting a cheap one with a cheap digital camera therein with an eye towards taking photos of furniture i want to sell on the internet... 1) are cameras in cellphones too primitive for this purpose (cropping, enlarging on hpphoto.com for example)? 2) will i be able to use my infrared port to do this without purchasing any extra software or cables that don't already come with the phone? for example, someone told me you can just beam the photo onto your laptop desktop with out launching any special software just by pointing the phone at your laptop infrared port--even if the phone is not "mac-compatible"---but only w/photos, not data is this possible? |
