Possibility of a Midnight Update

Half an hour? What time zone are you in??? 😛

I'm on Apple (Pacific) time and it's 7:33 here. About four hours and thirty minutes.😎
 
I think I started the rumor of a midnight release - but that would mean it would be 9 PM Cali time and like 6 or 7 Hawaii Time. If its an early morning release, I thinking its going to be 12 AM Cali time.

And the stores are up and running, with no new stuff.

I think the time is wrong on MacRumors.

Right now it's 22:57 EDT and therefore it's 2:57 GMT, yet this system is showing 3:57 GMT. (One must be careful because England is in British Summer Time and therefore London is one hour ahead of GMT.)

i thought the new powermacs were coming out midnight anyway? oops, i started a new thread a few minutes ago about it, check it out🙂
 
I seriously doubt a midnight release...unless its of the Time Canada Persuasion 😛

maybe an 8:45am EST release...hehe thats still early
 
As someone noted, the AppleStore has been up and running, without any noticeable changes or glitches. Usually the AppleStore being down is the surest sign that something's gonna get updated soon but no dice.
 
At the moment it is 11:18 Central Time and the Apple store site is not loading.

Hmm.........
 
I'm in Central Time, so I'll be up 'till 2 tonight waiting, just waiting. Hope I don't doze off. Zzzzzz.

That's interesting. I'll have to keep checking in on Apple's Store to keep me up 'till 2PM Central. I'm playing my radio, too, man. Zzzzzz. 😱
 
You'll know

when they go down to update. The will be a little post-it-note saying (well it wont talk, you will have to read it) "We'll be back soon". Or something to that effect.

Well, it doesn't seem to be going down that way. Maybe Steve is releasing them on the 14th just to prove all the rumors sites wrong.
 
Well ladies and gents...

Hate to disappoint y'all, but it's 1:17 AM PDT, with no sign of change on the horzion. Hell, the Crystal Clear promotion hasn't even been taken down yet.
