Anyone know? I saw where there was a pricing option at full retail ... Will I be able to pre-order like that?

Was going to title this post as "Not another post saying Apple store is down"
 
Yes we know and no you can't pre-order from Apple without creating a new contract. It is right there in the Apple FAQ.
