Fixed flash horrible quality...

I downgraded flash on my iBook G4 works with no lag but flash 10 had so much better quality video. I noticed most lag comes from bandwidth hogging on the site you are visiting. is there a way to make the quality better? looks like a iPhone video stretched to 720p Resolution!
