So it probably won't be a problem for most of you, but apparently you need to be running 10.5.8 on a Mac to connect an iPhone 4. I pre-ordered, then was checking the tech specs and there it was. I'm on a Rev A MBP, didn't upgrade to Leopard when it came out, and my Superdrive has kicked in the meantime. so it looks like my options are to pay ~$300 to fix my superdrive, or buy an external DVD drive and pick up SL. Awesome. At least I have a week to figure it out.
