Ram for G5 PowerMac
I am buying a Dual 2.3GHz Powermac G5 off another forum member and I am looking for some advice regarding Ram.
I have looked at the specs here which suggests standard PC2-4200 DDR2 Ram works but I was just wondering if faster PC2-6400 will work as I have plenty of that sitting around. |

Yup. Since its all DDR2 RAM you can do that. Just make sure you're not mixing any non-ECC RAM with ECC RAM. The G5 can take either one, but it all must be either or.
