Does anyone know what time Apple typically makes the new OS's available for download? Has it been consistent with past iPhone updates or is it pretty random? Thanks!

Don't know, but I'm already getting updates to current apps stating it was to make them compatible with iOS4.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I don't know what time, however, I will have to wait till the evening to update my 3GS, as I am working on Monday.

3.0 was released around 1PM EST.
2.0 was released around 9AM EST, though it "leaked" around 7AM because someone found the direct link to the IPSW file.
