Where is Games Centre in 4.0 on 3G?

I used the GM and games centre was there just updated and its gone?!

It's not yet available to end-users. Only developers have access to it at this time.

It was in the GM; I just did a restore to the officially released build, and it's no longer on my device.

If it's not really an active feature yet, though, that's fine with me.

Yep, that's exactly why it isn't in the release, but was on the GM.
