Going from a 3g to Iphone 4 - question..

ok, my wife is getting her ip4 tomorrow (via att shipment).

What is the process for her to upgrade (Im overseas, so I wont be there to help).

Im guessing:

1. Install latest itunes.
2. Backup her iphone 3g in itunes to a disk.
3. Plug in her new iphone 4 to itunes, and restore to it?

I take it you dont transfer the simm card...
