G4 Powermac 466 (sawtooth) processor/optical drive upgrades?

Hi everyone :)

I have a sawtooth 466 powermac, I dont want to go out and buy anything new, but i do want to upgrade.

Are there any sites, recomendations for processor and superdrive upgrades for this mac.

Ive seen upgrades but the sites that sell them do not say what macs they work with specificly.

Any information is helpfull

http://www.xlr8yourmac.com has plenty info about upgrades, both processor and optical drives. (See database and articles..)
Allmost all optical drives can be used with macosx (with a patch),
this applies to most sony, nec, pioneer etc..

OWC sells everything you'll ever wanted to put in your mac.

New video card would improve perofrmance. It would enable Quartz Extreme and make graphics faster.
