Got the 23rd email from Apple, took the day off, if it doesn't show I'm suing.

My unemployment benefits ran out last month and I blew off a job interview to stay home today after I had specifically scheduled it for today since I was supposed to get it on the 24th :mad:

i hate to be the one that says this but you are unemployed and bought a new iphone and blew off a job interview to get it? It does not surprise me that you are unemployed... you have to rethink your priorities :p
 
You can't be serious. What would you sue for, exactly? You could have simply gone to your interview and signed for the phone tomorrow, when FedEx/UPS redelivered. There was no gun to your head to receive this phone today.
 
Unemployed? Blew off a job interview for a phone? Wants to sue because the phone doesn't show up the day BEFORE it's released?

Wow, it sounds like you're going to really make it!
 
It's not like you could have printed out the signature form that Apple suggests for those who can't be home to accept delivery.

Please tell me you are being sarcastic. Please tell me some one is not so stupid that they'd put off a job interview just so they can get a phone one day earlier (you do realize they would have tried the next day or you could pick it up). Please tell me this is a joke or you are trolling.

If it is serious, and you do actually sue, I hope they laugh you out of court.

Wow... Good to know I works my ass off for 50+ hours a week putting my life on the line for others to "chill" at home to buy new Iphones..
