How do you enable 720p video recording on iPhone 4?

I am recording video with the new iPhone 4 but its not 720p, Is there a setting somewhere? or something i need to do?

Record in landscape.

It is 720p. It won't upload to YouTube directly from the phone in 720 though. You have to take it off the phone via iPhoto and then upload it to YouTube.

Did that and it is outputting 568 × 320

Maybe it shoots "720p" instead of 720p.

I didn't enable anything out of the box and when I shoot and export via iPhoto it is 720. 😕

You need the iMovie app to upload 720p directly to YouTube from your iPhone.
Another poster already discovered this lovely $4.99 "feature".

ok figured it out...You cannot upload to YouTube ( as already stated ) nor can you email a 720p, So like the one poster said, if you import thru iPhoto is is infect 720p.....

If I don't have or want imovie...are the videos I shoot 720p or not lol

They are, but must be manually ripped from iPhone to PC.
