Was the antenna issue the cause of the keynote problem jobs had?

I know at one point it said "cellular network not available" (or something to that effect) and I distinctly remember Jobs was holiding it in his left hand, which has been linked to the problem some are having.

I know he was trying to connect to WiFi, but maybe the issue could short the WiFi antenna as well...?
