What is the difference between Airport Express and Extreme in terms of range. 150m?

Besides size there doesn't seem to be much else that the Express can't do over the Extreme. So why spend the extra cash on an Extreme when the Express can do it all in a smaller size?

no ethernet ports in an express. handy when friends come over without wireless.

extreme handles more users.

One version of Extreme has the option of power over Cat-5.

The main difference though is the lack of ethernet ports.

They have the same range unless you pop an antenna into the Airport Extreme. I have both and the Extreme should be your first pick unless all you want to do is stream airTunes to your stereo. The Airport Express will extend your network range wirelessly from the Extreme and add wireless printer capability.
