how to edit my stereoscopic 3d video on a iBook??

hi i shoot 3d stereoscopic field sequential 3d footage with my camcorder. i can capture/import my 3d footage to the hard drive. now how do i render the footage for editing and keep the stereoscopic 3d? i am a raw beginner so go slow.......thanks 🙂
