youtube app "scrubbing"

what is the high speed, fine, and half speed scrubbing option when you look at youtube videos? i noticed this when i held down my finger on the slider for the video (the one that allows you to fast forward and rewind.)

Did you read the text below "Hi-Speed Scrubbing" ?

Try it and watch what happens.

It is the rate at which you can FF and REW for all Video playback not just YouTube.
