Yes. Also, depending on the color(s) in the image, various layer styles and blending modes have been used.

I submitted one for the Dutch national soccer team on the brown wood, but here's another take on that one. It didn't come out as well as I hoped, but I still like it. I hope y'all do as well.

Bummer. I'll look again and see if I can find one. Here's these logos though... I had to give them a little outline because the gray in the logo blended in with the wood...

I got some pretty nice results using the brown wood background. Here are two versions of each image. I hope you like them.
