Anyone using a pata ssd with their powerbooks?
I am a looking at the runcore one, but I am thinking of waiting to buy since the new smaller nm process ssds from intel will be (or are already?) out soon, that said I don't know who or if will pick these up and create a pata ssd.
In addition there are the known problems of having to reformat the drive every 6 months or so to get over the cleaning up issue that all ssds have, and some take care of it via trim.
So I am looking for anyone who have upgrades the pbooks with an ssd, speed difference, experience, ease etc.
come on guys no one has put an ssd in their pbook?
