The "sharp" edges around the edge of the Apple case are starting to warp and bend, and I baby my electronics, so I'm not lugging it in my bookbag or throwing it around all day.

Is this to be expected?

You returned it? You know I actually think it's a great case, just because it's so thin and easy to clean, but yeah, it's kind of flimsy. IDK what other case to get, that keeps the iPad thin? The Incase Book Jacket makes it about 3x as thick.

had it for about a month.
It's working great for me so far.

Usually I lay it down with the screen facing down, so the the cover won't bend.

So far can't find a thinner or better looking case.

No, it is not to be expected. My Apple case retained the "sharpness" of the edge for the few months that I used it.

After about a month, the edges are folding in more, which I actually like, because it's not as "sharp" as some reviews report around the edges.

As long as the seam doesn't start splitting open we're good.
