Lower xBench Quartz and User Interface scores in 10.3.6?

After installing 10.3.6 and running xBench my user interface score dropped by 20 and quartz graphics tests also decreased. However, OpenGL scores increased.

Anybody else noticing this?
 
i have just noticed that i feel slower in 10.3.6. it feels slightly groggy. things are slightly less responsive.
