no education discounts on refurbs.
if you are simply "unsatisfied," i think apple will either not take the return or charge you for re-stocking fee within 10 days.
if something is wrong with it and you aren't "satisfied" about that, then you'll be able to get it fixed, as refurbs carry one year warranty.
