"Videos" app crashes to home screen
I have no problem at all with streaming videos via the ABC Player, watching YouTube videos, or viewing videos on websites. My issue is that the "Videos" app that came standard on the iPad crashes to the home screen whenever I try to watch any video. I have downloaded a few different videos and always have the same result--> the app opens, I select a video to watch and it immediately goes back to the home screen.
All other apps work fine. I tried deleting and re-downloading the videos to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? I've searched and can't find the same problem mentioned. If it was a third-party app, I'd delete it and then re-download it, but it's the official Videos app. Since I am in the middle of moving halfway across the world, I won't have access to my computer--or my iTunes account--for another 45 days. Any suggestions? Thanks. |
