4.1 Beta AVRCP: extent of support
I'm using the 4.1 beta and so far, when paired with my car stereo, the only difference when using A2DP is that I can now use the head unit's forward/back buttons to skip tracks (I've always been able to use a button on the head unit to play/pause the iPhone music. Well, the "pause" bit is flaky and hardly ever works, "play" usually works fine).
I understand AVRCP *can* support things like displaying track name, etc, but this doesn't happen for me. I was just wondering if this is a limitation of my car stereo, or is AVRCP not fully implemented on the iPhone? |

Does 4.1 address the proximity sensor issue? Or is this still being worked on for another software update down the road?
