Will RAM from a Wallstreet model PowerBook G3 work in a Pismo model PowerBook G3?

That depends. The Wallstreet used PC66 SODIMM, where the Pismo used PC100 SODIMM. So, if it was the ram that shipped with the Wallstreet, it will not function. However, if it was ram that was added afterward, it may function. Remove the ram, and look at the tiny sticker on the chip. It should say either PC100 or PC66. PC100 will work in the Pismo, PC66 will not.

While we are discussing RAM compatibility, does the Lombard use the PC66 (Wallstreet) or the PC100 (Pismo) SODIMMs?
Oh, and does the fact that the SODIMMs in the Wallstreet are 256MB chips mean they are most likely PC100, or were there PC66 256MB SODIMMs too?

Well I opened up the Wallstreet and found that the top RAM slot had PC100 RAM. I assume the two 256MB chips are the same, so I'm guessing the other chip is PC100 too. I didn't want to actually remove the RAM to get to the lower slot, but I bet they are the same.

They are both 256MB chips that were added later (presumably at the same time, from the same store, by the previous owner). The Wallstreet only officially supports 192MB of RAM (although 512MB works great), so Apple never offered 256MB chips for it.
