Sleep Cycle data
I bought Sleep Cycle yesterday and it woke me up wonderfully this morning! I had a similar predecessor back in the day when I Jailbroke, before there was an equivalent on the App store. It seemed to work then and it seems to work now!
But now, there is a statistics page which details your night. Boring, you might think, but I find it fascinating. It opens curtains onto sleep patterns; a part of the daily routine which can't easily be measured. I'd be interested in seeing how other MR citizens sleep. So if you don't mind the forum WATCHING YOU SLEEP (almost), would be great to share! And if you haven't yet bought the app, it's certainly worth a look for what it does and what it costs. a short night's sleep
