cameraOverlayView blocks camera buttons
I am overlaying an image over my UIImagePickerController and I want to use the default buttons to control flash, cameraDevice (I am testing on an iPhone 4.0).
The buttons remain visible but they can't be pushed. How do I move them above the overlayView?

You can't move the buttons. What you should be able to do is override pointInside:withEvent: in your overlay UIView to not consume the touch events where you want them to pass through.
