Deleted all my photos from iPhone but

It still shows 606 mb of space taken up and 1 photo when i connect to itunes.

Any idea on how i can remove that pic/movie, without having to do a full restore?

I tried to sync my photos with iPhoto and it mentioned that there are photos on the phone and they will be erased but when i sync i still have that 606mb plus 1mb of the few photos i added.

nope, i tried uninstalling all my apps and it doesnt help.

not sure why its still showing that MB amount, when i unsync all my photos and go to itunes it still says one photo.

Its really annoying but i dont want to restore my phone cause of it.
