quality of MacMall free RAM

MacMall offers a 512MB stick with an iBook I intend to purchase, does anyone have any info/experience with their supplied brand of RAM's quality?

It's a bargain, but I'd rather buy it from crucial later if the RAM offered in the rebate is crap.
